Everything you need to know about earning and keeping your Drive Clean credits.

One Drive Clean credit is earned when the same qualifying vehicle completes a paid Full Detail that includes both interior and exterior detailing. Interior-only, exterior-only and other non-Full Detail services do not earn Drive Clean credits.

After each qualifying paid Full Detail, the same vehicle must complete its next qualifying Full Detail within 60 calendar days of the previous qualifying Full Detail. Each qualifying visit completed within that window keeps the Drive Clean cycle active and earns the next credit.

If more than 60 calendar days pass between qualifying Full Details, the active Drive Clean cycle ends and previously accumulated credits in that cycle expire. Your next qualifying paid Full Detail may begin a new Drive Clean cycle with one credit.

Complete five qualifying paid Full Details for the same vehicle while keeping the Drive Clean cycle active by returning within 60 calendar days after each qualifying Full Detail. After the fifth paid qualifying Full Detail, the next qualifying Full Detail for that vehicle is complimentary, subject to current program terms and eligibility.

No. The complimentary 6th Full Detail is the reward for the completed Drive Clean cycle and does not earn another credit. After the complimentary detail is completed, the customer's next qualifying paid Full Detail may begin a new Drive Clean cycle.

Customers participating in Drive Clean receive a rewards card at the end of a qualifying service to help track progress. No. 1 Detail may also verify qualifying visits using its own service records. A card by itself does not establish eligibility if the underlying service does not meet the Drive Clean requirements.

No. The $199 Full Detail price is a limited-time promotional offer. No. 1 Detail may change or discontinue promotional pricing. A qualifying Full Detail may still earn a Drive Clean credit even if the service price changes, provided all current program requirements are met.

No. Drive Clean credits and complimentary rewards are tied to the qualifying customer and vehicle, have no cash value, and cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, exchanged for cash or combined between vehicles or customer accounts.

Drive Clean credit associated with a cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, charged-back, unpaid or otherwise invalid transaction may be removed or cancelled by No. 1 Detail.

Yes. No. 1 Detail may verify eligibility, correct errors, deny fraudulent or abusive claims, and modify, replace, suspend or discontinue Drive Clean Rewards subject to applicable law. Current eligibility and redemption requirements apply when a credit or reward is earned or redeemed.
